About the Role
We are seeking a hybrid BA/PM/Scrum Master to drive the Transaction Management RFP process and supporting business case through to completion. This role combines requirements ownership, project/programme management, and Agile delivery facilitation — managing vendor engagement timelines (Yardi, IBM, CoStar), stakeholder sign-off cycles, and the business case for legacy client migration, while running the day-to-day governance and delivery rhythm.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
• Own and maintain TM and Lease Admin RFP requirements documentation, ensuring accuracy and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate vendor discovery session outcomes (Yardi, IBM integration feasibility) into clear technical and business requirements.
• Support development of the business case for migrating ~40 legacy clients into the new module, including cost and client-experience impact.
Project Management
• Own the end-to-end RFP timeline: requirements finalization, 4-week stakeholder review window, sign-off tracking, and vendor response deadlines.
• Maintain a stakeholder tracker with proactive follow-up cadence (2 weeks, 1 week, <1 week before deadlines).
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Leasing Advisory, Engineering, senior leadership) to keep the RFP and business case on schedule.
• Own monthly governance reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, and blockers.
Scrum Master
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives) for the delivery team supporting RFP and business case workstreams.
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies across Product, Engineering, and vendor-facing workstreams.
• Maintain backlog hygiene and sprint tracking for RFP-related deliverables.
Required Experience
• Proven experience operating as a hybrid BA/PM, ideally with Scrum Master exposure — able to own requirements, run a delivery timeline, and facilitate Agile ceremonies without needing three separate people.
• Experience managing vendor RFP processes, including requirements distribution, stakeholder sign-off, and vendor feedback cycles.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership, business, and technical teams.
• Experience building business cases with cost/benefit framing for leadership audiences.
• Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent) preferred.
