- Responsible for understanding the software requirements and developing it into a working source code accordingly.
- Responsible for all the technical deliveries assigned to him.
- Provide support and mentor the junior team members on technical topics.

Profile
Candidate should have minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in application development and design in Java 8 and/or Java 11.
- Expertise in Core Java including Functional programming, Stream API, Enterprise Java and Spring Boot.
- Good experience in Reactjs
- Expertise in creating Restful Webservices and Micro Services from scratch.
- Should have good knowledge in OOPS and OOAD principles.
- Good to have exposure on Cloud platforms and Docker
- Should have strong understanding of CI/ CD pipelines for deployment.
- Must have worked with TDD & BDD development methodology.
- Good to have exposure to application monitoring using Grafana or similar monitoring tools.
- Good to have a general understanding of investment banking industry.
- Good to have Open Source Stack exposure.

Testing engineer & Release Management Specialist – Credit Risk
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced UAT & Release Management Specialist to drive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) operations and support production releases within the Credit Risk domain. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth release cycles, quality validation, and alignment between UAT and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
UAT Strategy & Execution
Centralize information and define the global UAT strategy for each release.
Manage and execute UAT activities, ensuring planned test runs are delivered on time.
Perform necessary configurations and actions on UAT environments
Prepare and maintain release notes aligned with the deployment scope.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate functional requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for UAT-related queries within the credit risk chain.
Coordinate with contributors to resolve blocking issues and ensure timely fixes.
Release & Deployment Management
Monitor release cycles and support deployment planning and execution.
Handle complex release setups and ensure all prerequisites are met.
Schedule and perform production deliveries in collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams.
Risk Analysis & Validation
Analyze and present credit risk metrics, comparing UAT and production data.
Ensure consistency and reliability of data before deployment approval.
Provide actionable insights to secure production releases.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track and monitor UAT (validation) activities.
Deliver timely updates and reporting to stakeholders on UAT progress and risks.
Profile
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Release Management / UAT coordination roles.
Strong hands-on expertise with:
Databricks
AWS technologies
Unix environments
DevOps Tool (Jenkins (CI/CD),GIT)
Postgrey
Advanced SQL skills, including handling large and complex datasets (legacy systems experience is a plus).
Solid understanding of the Credit Risk domain.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
