This role ensures that all IT services and their interdependencies are accurately represented, enabling efficient service management and incident response. Key Responsibilities Service Mapping Design, create, and maintain detailed service maps that illustrate the relationships and dependencies between IT services and infrastructure components. Configuration Management Ensure that the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is up-to-date and accurately reflects the current state of the IT environment. Collaboration Work closely with IT teams, including service owners, application developers, and infrastructure engineers to gather information and validate service mappings. Incident and Problem Management Support incident and problem management processes by providing accurate service maps to help identify root causes and dependencies. Continuous Improvement Continuously review and improve service mapping processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Documentation Develop and maintain documentation related to service mapping processes, procedures, and standards.

Overall, 5+ years of experience in Manual Functional Testing
• Minimum of 4+ years of Automation testing.
• Excellent skills in SQL

• Very good problem solving and logical reasoning skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of high-quality software.
