Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using tools like AWS Glue, Snowflake, AWS Glue DQ
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
ETL Design Patterns-Exposure and experience with Batch ,micro batch ad Realtime data processing and transformation.
Performance Tuning: Optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and reliability.
Collaboration: Work closely with data architects and analysts to meet data requirements and ensure data quality.
Skills:

Preferably Hands on experience in IICS Data pipeline development
Data Integration Techniques
Scripting (Python, PySpark)
Cloud Services (AWS, Snowflake)
Troubleshooting and Optimization
