Strong knowledge of: • Intercompany accounting lifecycle (initiation → matching → dispute → settlement/clearing) • Month-end close and reconciliation principles • Controls mindset (audit trail, approvals, evidence) BlackLine / Finance Transformation Skills - • Experience working on BlackLine deployment or similar finance transformation tools • Ability to translate business requirements into configuration-ready inputs • Comfort with global standardization and managing local variations Testing & Delivery Skills - Hands-on capability to: • write test cases and acceptance criteria • run UAT sessions, manage defects, drive closure • produce evidence and traceability documentation Stakeholder & Communication Skills - • Strong stakeholder management across regions/time zones • Ability to challenge constructively and drive decisions • Clear writing skills for process and test documentation Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Oil & Gas or Energy sector. • Tool experience: BlackLine Intercompany experience strongly preferred (or equivalent reconciliation/matching platforms) • Exposure to automation tools and process improvement initiatives.
