Given the global nature of the program, the role requires a solid understanding of how the global design workshops are conducted and formalize the Global template along with identification of localizations. The architect will ensure solutions are globally standardized while still supporting necessary regional variations.
Equally important is the ability to articulate business impact. The role requires translating design into measurable business outcomes, including KPIs and enhanced SCM visibility. The architect will play a central role in shaping and governing the value realization framework, ensuring that transformation objectives are achieved and sustained.
Candidates must bring strong SCM credentials, preferably B. Tech or MBA in SCM, logistics or Operations, combined with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in SCM transformation programs.
