• Jamf Administration: Administer and maintain the Jamf Pro environment, including configuration of policies, profiles, and scripts for effective Apple device management.
• Device Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Apple devices, from automated device enrollment (ADE/DEP) and configuration to support and retirement.
• Software Deployment and Patching: Manage the deployment of software applications, updates, and patches to Apple endpoints to ensure timely and accurate installations and maintain compliance.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security policies, including encryption, password enforcement, and compliance monitoring, in alignment with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced, third-line technical support for complex hardware, software, and OS issues related to Apple devices and the Jamf platform, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for macOS environments.

Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles, and occasionally provide training to junior staff or end-users.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Security, Network, Service Desk, Product Owners, Project Managers) to ensure cohesive IT strategies and project delivery.
