Position Summary
The primary role is to handle, draft and review various types of supplier contracts – Master Agreements, SOW, NDA’s.
Responsibilities:
Mailbox Handling with all Service Owner raised queries
o Contract Renewal
o New Agreement Executions
o Allocation of Contracts basis supplier
Analyzing and reviewing Supplier Contracts/Agreements, in accordance with the Customer Contract Compliance Policies. Reviewing contracts supported by Customer Commercial Managers.
o Statement of Work (SOW)
o Master Service Agreement (MSA)
o License Agreements
o Variation Agreements / Change Requests / NSSR / Single Resource Brief (SRB’s)
Document Execution Process which will include:
o Adding contract details in Master Contract Index (MCI) basis the contract document
o Check for Approval Workflow basis value
o Preparing RDE (Remote Data Entry) – Macro Enabled Word Document
o Enabling execution of contracts through Customer Tool
o Ensuring relevant signatures are obtained on documents (Commercial Manager and POA’s as per requirement and entity)
o Sharing the signed contract with supplier contact for countersignatures.
Maintenance of supplier database in system in Excel, SharePoint – Dependent on requirements & volumes.
Maintaining annual contract renewal database – Sending and Maintaining database for timely reminders to Service Owners and Commercial Managers to confirm on renewal requirements and terminations.
Drafting and Executing Termination Letters, on confirmation from Team/Commercial Managers/Service Owners
Essential Requirements
Graduate / post-graduate in any domain
Good experience in Contract Review and Management
Tool Experience Required:
o Usage of DocuSign, Sharepoint, Shared Mailbox handling
Added Experience in Advance Excel/Power BI
