About the Role

operational and technical bridge between our deployed consultants, client
stakeholders, and internal leadership teams. This role requires someone who can
proactively solve consultant challenges, drive delivery excellence, leverage AI tools for
productivity, and manage a distributed engineering workforce deployed at Coupang.

Key Responsibilities
Consultant Success & Workforce Management
• Manage and support consultants deployed at Coupang across multiple projects
and functions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for consultant issues, blockers, operational
challenges, and engagement concerns.
• Ensure consultant productivity, engagement, and delivery alignment.
• Drive proactive consultant connect programs and performance tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding, allocation planning, extension tracking, and workforce
continuity.
AI-First Operational Excellence
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, AI automation platforms, etc.) to
improve delivery efficiency, reporting, productivity, and issue resolution.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for consultant management, communication,
reporting, and tracking.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve
process efficiency.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled productivity practices across teams.
Technical & Delivery Leadership
• Understand engineering/project delivery challenges and work closely with
consultants to resolve technical or operational blockers.
• Act as a bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project health, delivery risks, and escalation management.
• Support technical discussions, delivery governance, and issue resolution with
clients.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
• Manage regular governance reviews with clients and internal leadership.
• Track delivery metrics, consultant performance, risks, and escalations.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure strong communication between deployed consultants, account
managers, and leadership teams.
