• Hands on experience designing, automating and operating identity governance processes for joiners, movers and leavers (JML) for large scale enterprises across all identity types including non-human use case • Experience in working with market leading Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions for example Saviynt (preferred), SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, etc. • Experience in working with Microsoft Active Directors and Entra • Knowledge and experience in IAM audit processes, controls and compliance frameworks. • Understanding of security measures, controls, and best practices within IAM systems • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and ability to ensure IAM systems' compliance including data privacy • Knowledge of or experience with cloud infrastructure and the designing and implementation of secure and highly available IAM infrastructure architectures. • Experience in preparing Design and System Requirement documents • Good working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies having worked to deliver across both methods. • Knowledge of network security concepts and secure infrastructure configurations specific to IAM systems • Working knowledge around scripting Shell Scripting, Perl Scripting, PowerShell, is desirable although not mandate • An effective level of skills in working with data through either SQL, Python, Excel, PowerBI or other technologies in order to analyse and derive actionable insight from identity data • Use data to provide factual measurement and drive actions • Team player who is willing to speak up and share what they have learnt.

The service engineer uses code to create APIs and/or microservices to connect core platforms to experiences.
