As an HRIS Operational Support Expert with a primary focus on ArcelorMittal’s on-premisess SAP HR system (One HRIS), you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of both personnel and organizational data. Your responsibilities span across Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM), where you will ensure that employee records, organizational structures, and related processes are correctly configured, maintained, and aligned with business and compliance requirements and governance framework. You will work closely with local HR teams, Shared Service Centres, HR business partners and IT to uphold data integrity and support efficient, high-quality HR operations across the global organization.
