are looking for an experienced Sales & Dealer Management PMO Specialist / Manager to support a dedicated Vehicle Launch PMO. The role will focus on managing and tracking deliverables related to dealer setup, dealer development, sales planning, dealer management systems, SOPs, customer onboarding processes, and vehicle delivery readiness.
The candidate will work closely with sales, dealer development, network planning, marketing, aftersales, finance, IT, operations, logistics, and dealer partners to ensure sales network readiness for vehicle launch.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and track sales and dealer management workstreams for vehicle launch readiness.
Support dealer setup and dealer development activities across identified launch markets.
Track dealer onboarding, infrastructure readiness, manpower readiness, training completion, and operational preparedness.
Coordinate with internal teams and dealer partners for showroom, workshop, stockyard, delivery area, signage, branding, and customer experience readiness.
Support sales planning activities including volume planning, territory planning, allocation planning, and launch market prioritization.
Track implementation and readiness of Dealer Management Systems and related digital sales tools.
Coordinate DMS readiness for enquiry management, booking, invoicing, vehicle allocation, delivery, service linkage, and customer data capture.
Support development and implementation of SOPs and policies from customer onboarding to vehicle delivery.
Track end-to-end customer journey processes including:
Lead capture
Customer enquiry
Test drive process
Booking
Finance / insurance coordination
Documentation
Vehicle allocation
PDI coordination
Delivery process
Customer handover
Ensure alignment of dealer policies, sales process guidelines, escalation matrix, customer communication standards, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for vehicle availability, dispatch planning, and dealer stock readiness.
Maintain dashboards, dealer readiness trackers, action logs, issue trackers, risk registers, and management reports.
Conduct regular reviews with sales teams, dealer development teams, IT/DMS teams, and dealer partners.
Identify risks related to dealer setup delays, DMS readiness, manpower gaps, policy gaps, sales process readiness, and delivery bottlenecks.
Escalate critical issues impacting sales launch readiness and customer delivery experience.
