The PXM System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and governance of the Product Experience Management (PXM) platform. This role partners closely with business and digital commerce teams to ensure high-quality, customer-focused product content, efficient workflows, and reliable data integrations across global markets. The position supports platform adoption through training, process enablement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the daily administration of the Product Experience Management (PXM) platform.
• Plan and execute global platform rollouts, including user training and enablement.
• Ensure accurate and timely ingestion of product data from upstream systems.
• Identify and address product content gaps aligned to retailer requirements to improve digital conversion.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive improvements in digital merchandising and customer experience.
• Design, build, and maintain workflows to automate and streamline cross-functional processes.
• Establish standards and governance for product content creation, management, syndication, and analysis.
• Support Digital Experience & Operations teams with catalogs, templates, modules, and syndication channels.
• Serve as a PXM subject matter expert, promoting best practices and adoption of new platform capabilities.
• Administer user access, catalogs, channels, UI updates, and data governance in alignment with MDM standards.
• Collaborate with PXM vendors and technical support teams to resolve platform and syndication issues.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years of experience in PXM, PIM, or related digital commerce platforms.
• Strong experience with Salsify, Pimcore, or comparable systems (preferred).
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to solve complex digital commerce and product data challenges.
• Experience integrating PXM platforms with eCommerce systems (Magento preferred).
• Working knowledge of ETL tools and data integration best practices.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with major eCommerce retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target is also a bonus.
