1 End to end Maintaining CICS 5.6 Region
2 CICS administration and support including problem analysis and resolution
3 Installing RSU maintenance for CICS and CICS related products
4 Upgrade in CICS and CICS related ISV products.
5 Significant involvement in upgrade of third party software products to new releases
6 Provide technical support of the mainframe infrastructure to provide high quality customer service and meet SLA expectations
7 CICS resource maintenance via BAS and RDO
8 Managing CICS workload via CICSPLEX
