• Extensive experience with J2EE technologies (Servlets, JSP, JDBC)
• Experience leading application modernization / legacy transformation projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
• Experience with build tools (Ant, Maven) since our project uses both.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, jenkins ).
• Proven experience in REST API design and development
• Solid knowledge of Hibernate / JPA
• Strong experience with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Good to Have:
• Working experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server
• Experience with IBM DB2 database design, development, and performance tuning
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
