Overview We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Business Analyst with strong project management knowledge and a proven track record of delivering collaboration‑intensive initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, aligned, and successfully executed across multi‑stakeholder environments. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and collaboration sessions Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure shared understanding and alignment Lead stakeholder management by managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and enabling timely decision‑making across functions Facilitate cross‑functional and cross‑organizational collaboration for complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria Support project planning activities, including scope definition, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans Track requirements, milestones, action items, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and clearly communicate impacts and mitigation options to stakeholders Ensure solutions align with business objectives, data governance principles, and organizational standards Create and maintain high‑quality documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process diagrams, decision logs, and status reports Monitor delivery progress in collaboration with project teams and address issues to support on‑time outcomes Prepare reports and dashboards to provide visibility into requirements status, risks, and overall project health Key Skills Strong experience in business analysis, requirement elicitation, and documentation Solid understanding of project management concepts, methodologies, and delivery lifecycle Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across business, IT, and external teams Demonstrated experience in collaboration‑heavy, cross‑functional projects Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Ability to work effectively in complex, matrix organizations Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar Experience with enterprise‑wide, governance‑driven, or data‑centric initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated senior‑level responsibility Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices Hands‑on experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments Additional Requirements Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proactive, self‑motivated, and strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and business priorities
