· Virtualization with Microsoft APP-V
· Experience in VMware Workstation and Hyper-V
· Working experience in Windows 8.1, 10 &11, Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2022
· Knowledge on SCCM and Intune Application deployment
· Scripting- VBS, Batch, PowerShell
· Extensive knowledge on various Windows Client and Server OS
· Basic understanding of Project Management
· Must be able to demonstrate deep technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes and certification will be added advantage
· Understanding of Agile Methodology would be an advantage.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skill are mandatory, with Client centric approach
· Engage in global projects and client deliverables

AWS : Deep understanding of Redshift, Glue Jobs, storage layer, networks, database instances, IAM roles, configuring secret keys, API integration.
