Address customer inquiries and L2 issues within the ServiceNow Platform and ITSM process areas. Timely responses and proper delegation of duties during absences are essential.
Lead the efforts for ServiceNow Platform Patch Upgrades.
Oversee the ServiceNow Platform Family Upgrade initiatives.The team will be responsible for handling L2 issues related to Organizational Data Ingestion, ITSM Process challenges, data updates, providing fixes, conducting root cause analyses (RCA) of issues, ensuring platform performance, and supporting report/dashboard queries.
