Key Responsibilities
Observability & Monitoring
• Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions using metrics, logs, and traces (three pillars of observability)
• Instrument applications and infrastructure for deep telemetry collection and correlation
• Build dashboards aligned to SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Implement distributed tracing for microservices-based architectures
• Define alerting strategies and proactive monitoring frameworks
Performance & Scalability
• Analyze performance bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance
• Define and validate capacity planning and scalability strategies
• Use observability tools to identify latency, resource saturation, and failure patterns
Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with observability and APM tools such as:
o Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog
o Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
• Experience with distributed tracing frameworks (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Zipkin)

The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Java (Spring Boot) along with modern frontend development experience using React.js.
