• Provide day-to-day support for end users across key UKG modules such as timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and forecasting(knowledge).
• Provide work estimates for system enhancements and be able to translate to system functional requirements / specifications
• Identify and resolve functional issues in collaboration with technical team and/or vendor (UKG) support teams.
• Review, analyze, and resolve configuration issues related to pay rules, work rules, schedule groups, and employee classifications.
• Liaise with clients to gather business requirements and implement system enhancements or changes.
• Participate in unit & regression testing and validation of upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.

5 to 10 years relevant experience in the implementation of Oracle Financials with at least 2 years' experience on Oracle Fusion
• Functional and configuration knowledge in Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Purchasing, Asset accounting, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, AGIS, Tax Engine, Financial accounting Hub and Cloud reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of database structure for ERP/Oracle Cloud (Fusion)
• Solid background in IT application support management or IT service management in large financial services organisations
