As a Keystone Deal Navigator at NetApp, you will work intensively to help sales teams navigate the processes to present our Storage-as-a-Service offering to customers.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the deal lifecycle from deal qualification to order execution.
• Guide sales teams in the deal flow process and ensure smooth handoffs to Order Management, Finance and Project Management.
• Participate in the preparation and organization of opportunity reviews, identifying and recording key elements of business opportunities.
• Manage Order Forms from creation till submission for signature.
• Assist Keystone team when required, including activity recording and updating the status of each deals using NetApp’s reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Product, Tax, and Legal) to ensure all deals align with corporate strategies and guidelines.
• Facilitate Compliance and business approvals, contracting, pricing/discount management and reporting.
• Review processes and propose recommendation for improvement.
Requirements
• University education or equivalent
• 6-8 years of work experience in the technology sector, in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or similar functions.
• Experience in operational execution and cross-functional team approach in implementing programs and supporting business practices to facilitate the entire Deal lifecycle.
• Highly organized and strong attention to details.
• Ability to work both independently and on a cross-functional, highly functioning team.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and task simultaneously, and prioritize at times of high volume, schedule flexibility during End of Month, End of Quarter.
• A confident communicator to all levels of the business with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong commercial and business acumen: the ability to discern a strong commercial outcome from a weak one.
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Office 365 (MS Teams and SharePoint experience preferred)
