Missions
A Software Engineer delivers features for a Product in a business chain. As member of a Feature Team, he works in autonomy and in a continuous improvement approach.
Generic Skills : Requirement analysis, Should understand user stories Development Develop and write Unit Test with the supervision of Senior Developer. Follow coding standards, Follow clean coding and craftmanship practices, Should know how adopt tools in his projects, Full Stack Development Skills, Developer Understands at least one backend, front end technologies to work on. Development defined by leads.

Self-learn and keep pace with developments of new technologies.
Willing to upskill / re-skill on the Tech Stack / horizontally as needed by the project and business.
Problem solving: Able to debug and identify the root cause.
Provide solution with consultation with other members of team.

Take complete ownership of delivery including Production and Monitoring activities.
Should have good understanding of the SLA/OLA and procedures so that he can work to meet those timelines by following the given process.
Knowledge on ITIL processes on Request fulfilment, Incident management, Problem Management & Change/Release Management.
Have an active look out for automation of recurring tasks and help business be more efficient.
Collaboration and Communication.
Working with seniors to deliver the tasks assigned within the prescribed quality.
Domain Should have awareness of domain in relation to the project.

Profile
• Independently, design components, develop code and test case scenarios by applying relevant software craftsmanship principles and meet the acceptance criteria.
• Complete the assigned learning path. Take part in team ceremonies be it agile practices and chapter meetings.
• Deliver on all aspects of Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) in-line with Agile and IT craftsmanship principles.
• Deliver high-quality clean code and design that can be re-used.
• Actively, work with other Development teams to define and implement API's and rules for data access.
• Ensure customers, stakeholders and partners are rightly communicated on time.
• Assess production improvement areas such as recurrent issues.
• Perform daily checks and maintain required standards and production processes.
• Provide suggestions for automating the repetitive and regular production activities.
• Perform bug-free release validations and produce metrices, test and defect reports.
• Assist in developing craft guidelines and ensure that team practices them.
• Ability to perform Level 2/level 3 production support
• Increase coverage of data models, data dictionary, data pipeline standards, storage of source, process and consumer metadata (#reuse and #extend).
Primary Skills:
Excellent hands- on experience in Java stack, Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix / Shell scripting
Hands on experience in Azure public cloud.
Hands on experience in ETL (informatica)
Hands on experience in CI/CD practices / DEVOPS practices
Strong knowledge Agile, Investment banking domain
Experience of SQL and at least two NoSQL technologies.
Expertise in data ingestion frameworks/data source (RDBMS, Files, API calls, Web Services and Message Queues) and data structures (structured, semi-structured and unstructured).
Knowledge in Accurate / similar reconciliation tool is desirable.
Good to Have
Exposure to BigData technologies, Spark, frontend frameworks - React JS / Angular JS
Basic knowledge on Python
Basic knowledge on Postgres
