Job Description

Strategic Leadership • Define and execute the enterprise analytics strategy aligned with organizational and client goals. • Partner with executive leadership to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience. • Establish a governance and measurement framework for analytics initiatives across global operations. Internal Analytics & Performance Management • Build and manage dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to track operational efficiency, workforce utilization, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction. • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to analyze root causes, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. • Oversee forecasting, capacity planning, and financial performance models for service lines and geographies. Business Modeling & Insights • Develop business simulation and scenario models to support pricing, staffing, and new business decisions. • Lead the design of ROI models, productivity frameworks, and predictive analytics tools that inform strategic initiatives. • Partner with FP&A, Sales, and Operations to ensure analytics are embedded into commercial decision-making. External / Client-Facing Analytics Solutions • Lead the development of analytics offerings for clients—ranging from descriptive and diagnostic insights to predictive and prescriptive models. • Collaborate with client account leaders to position analytics as a differentiator in proposals and service delivery. • Create benchmarking and performance analytics frameworks to drive value realization for clients. Data Infrastructure & Capability Development • Partner with IT and Data Engineering to strengthen data architecture, visualization platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, R, etc.). • Drive data democratization by empowering business units with self-service analytics and automation tools. • Mentor and develop a global team of analysts, data scientists, and business partners to foster a culture of insight-led decision-making.
