JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a dual role of business analyst and Thunderhead developer. On the business analyst side, the candidate will work closely with financial engineer and legal teams located in EMEA to understand the requirements in terms of documentation for a variety of structured products. It is also required to understand the sales processes and system workflow in order to design adequate solutions to improve automation. Once the requirements are defined, the candidate with work with IT teams located in Hong Kong and Paris to implement the relevant system features. The candidate will also perform templating in Thunderhead to automate the generation of documents such as term sheet, final terms and marketing materials.
The candidate will work in a multicultural environment and will work closely with all the relevant stakeholders such as Engineer, sales, legal, operations and IT.
Profile
JOB REQUIREMENT: -
3-7 years of experience in Investment banking
Equity derivatives product knowledge. Previous experience in exotics products will be a plus.
Experience with Document Generation using Thunderhead
Should be able to work with numerous business (Front Office/Middle Office) and technology teams to gather requirements, document them and convert them to functional requirements
Communicate and collaborate with clients/Internal team to gather business and functional requirements and deliver artifacts such as BRD, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs
Explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews
Provide IT test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed
Need a strong background in software development, integration and business processes
Agile/Scrum experience
OTHER SKILLS: -
Must be Graduate or PG in Engineering

Responsibility to manage the Change Request by following end to end software development life cycle and collaborate with business users & other colleagues for the deployment
Profile
4 – 6 years of experience as a Techno Functional Analyst
Experience in Database Queries and Procedures
Have experience in Application Support on the Functional issues.
Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented.
Configuration experience in ERP product
Strong fundamentals in Leasing will be an added advantage.
Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.
