We are seeking an experienced Platform/DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and operationalize an enterprise artifact management platform on Microsoft Azure. This role is critical to our supply chain security initiative — establishing a centralized, controlled source for all software dependencies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
•
Design and implement the target architecture for an artifact/repository management platform hosted on Azure (IaaS or containerized deployment).
•
Provision and configure Azure infrastructure: Virtual Networks, NSGs, Private Endpoints, Storage Accounts, Azure Database (PostgreSQL/MSSQL), Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) if applicable.
•
Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies for the platform.
•
Configure the platform as a secure proxy/cache for external package repositories (Maven, npm, NuGet, Docker, PyPI, etc.)
•
Integrate vulnerability scanning and policy enforcement for all proxied/cached artifacts.

Establish network connectivity between Azure-hosted services and on-premises CI/CD pipelines during migration cutover.
