Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle. By focusing on key metrics, you will manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and timely defect resolution, ultimately driving quality across the organization.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong understanding of various automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required."
