Role Summary
The Truck Partner Enablement Consultant supports the end-to-end onboarding and enablement of external partners by coordinating access requirements, aligning with internal technology teams, and managing structured workflows. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical concepts, and the ability to drive clarity across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and track ongoing Business Partner-related activities and access related requirements.
• Provide consulting and stakeholder support through structured communication and guidance.
• Provide guidance on virtual desktop solution options and escalate technical queries to the right teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, service providers, and business stakeholders ensuring timely delivery of requirements.
• Maintain governance dashboards, status summaries, access requirements, and lifecycle changes.
• Ensure accurate documentation of project details, access requirements, and lifecycle changes.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills for business partner-facing interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools for coordination and documentation.
• Working knowledge of virtual desktop or remote workspace solutions.
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Confluence.

• Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Requests, Change) and tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments involving access management, or platform teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.

Quality Assurance Specialist must have 8 – 9 years of relevant experience in QMS Process Definition along with process flow diagrams, Process implementation.
• Must have knowledge on Quality Standards like ISO9001 and CMMi.
• CMMi implementation experience is preferred.
• Other relevant standards are ISO14001 and ISO45001, ISO27001
• Must have experience in Software and IT domain project reviews , having knowledge on SDLCs like Agile, V Model, Waterfall, Kanban
The role demands the following activities :
1. Process Definition for Organizational processes in line with the scope of work and practices from CMMI and ISO9001.
The person will play the role of understanding the as is process and rewriting them or defining new processes in three key segments – Project Management , Engineering , Support processes.
2. KPIs collection , analysis, creation of Org level Process Performance Baselines
3. Creating and Maintaining the QMS Portal in SharePoint
Must Have :
1. Proficient with MS Word , PPT , Excel, MS VISIO for creating Process Flow diagrams .
2. SharePoint page creation and maintenance of Process Repository in SharePoint (No Code know how of SharePoint )
3. Excellent professional communication skills
