Job Description – ESB Lead Developer Job Description Roles and Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining source codes, unit and system testing their code, building high quality application solutions to design specifications, standards, and user requirements by developing and testing components in an iterative manner through an Agile process. The candidate will collaborate with the Designer, Onsite lead architect , Business Stakeholders and Systems Integration partners throughout the development and delivery lifecycle to ensure that the code meets technical design frameworks, requirements and best practices. Must have Skills: · Capturing / analyzing / negotiating / clarifying requirements (i.e. customer, system, performance) · Participating in the creation and execution of development and implementation plans · Designing technology solutions to meet requirements (IBM ACE 12, IBM MQ, Unix etc.,) · Practical understanding of enterprise and web architecture and REST · Coding executable components that comply with the overall solution design (ESQL, Java , IBM DB2, Postgres DB, Unix Shell script, SOAP webservice, Rest Webservices, MQ Services, MQ Explorer, SFTP etc.,) · Good Knowledge on tools like Git Hub, SOAP UI, Postman, JIRA, Service Now Ticketing, Confluence etc., · Testing the executable components and assisting with the coordination of the overall testing effort ( Jira Test cases, JMeter, SoapUI Test suites etc.,) · Producing and maintaining relevant solution documentation Nice To Have Skills: · Knowledge on API Gateway and Cloud related tools and SaaS products like Azure APIM, Azure Event Hub, Kubernetes, Docker, AppD Monitoring etc., 8+ years of software / application design and development experience in a true Agile / Scrum environment with proven skill and effectiveness in the use of Agile SDLC methodologies · Production Support experience like On-Call support, Unix log file analysis, Knowledge on Ticketing system (Service Now ticket, Jira ticket etc., ) Shift Timings- 6 PM- 3 AM IST support required during US business hours
