ob Description: ServiceNow GRC Developer
Must-Have- 3+ years in ServiceNow GRC development; multiple module expertise (IRM, TPRM, Procurement),
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, Jelly, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS,
Experience with ServiceNow development tools: Now Create, Now Assist, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server
strong technical expertise in implementation of various audit requirements like SOX, GDPR, ISO, SOC & PCI
• Good to have: Sound understanding of GRC frameworks, audit principles, risk modelling and business continuity planning
Strong exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies, documentation, UAT, and release management
Certification Required: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
ROLES:
Design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions
Architect, develop, implement, customize and maintain the ServiceNow GRC modules, including IRM (Integrated Risk Management), TPRM (Third Party Risk Management), and Procurement, tailored to evolving business needs
Configure advanced business rules, client/server scripts, UI actions, policies, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for compliance, audibility, and risk management workflows
Lead stakeholder engagement to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and conduct regular demonstrations and workshops
Implement and oversee integrations with third-party systems (using REST/API/Integration Hub), ensuring data integrity and secure information exchange
Conduct code reviews, maintain accurate documentation, and enforce ServiceNow development best practices (minimize global scripts, async server lookups, performance tuning
Guide and mentor junior developers, supporting knowledge sharing and technical upskilling within the team
