Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage DLP policies to prevent data leakage across endpoints, email, cloud, and network channels
Monitor and investigate DLP alerts and incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend remediation actions
Fine-tune DLP rules to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy
Work closely with SOC, IAM, Compliance, Legal, and IT teams to align DLP controls with business needs
Classify sensitive data and enforce controls based on data sensitivity levels

Documentation & maintenance of processes as required
The role includes the development of detailed design documentation, provision of operational support and the resolution of complex technical problems
Must be able to query Active Directory and to generate custom reports for Management Information purposes
Systems administration and management is a core part of the role, and will comprise experience of using PowerShell for the following activities:
Understand, write, and amend scripts
